Saurerkraut

It has been a family tradition to have sauerkraut and pork on the 1st day of the New Year. I ran a bit late this year and had it yesterday. It is supposed to bring good luck for the coming year. I am not sure it will work as I am three days late. Since I don’t believe in luck anyway--I expect a good another good year.
