Snow Peas

The weather here has been worming and the days are slightly longer. It is noticeable enough so as to make one think about the next step for the garden. Today I harvested the last picking of the snow peas. During this winter garden I have harvested, from the small garden, enough peas for about six servings. Today I stemmed them and they were the highlight of my dinner at The Santa Johns Medical Center. I am thinking about a replanting. So far they have been about the most successful vegetable for the small patch of ground.
